Colette Forma has a background in communication, change management, and innovation. As an entrepreneur, she advised many corporates on how to make people more receptive to change. She began driving innovation and ecosystem collaboration at Philips, where she, as Design Director, led the global Cocreate program and a team of experts focused on moderating — mostly complex — stakeholder engagements and joint solution/proposition creation. She soon discovered that effective change management is crucial for successful innovation.
In her current role as Director of Radical Innovation, she now combines her expertise to accelerate KLM’s vision of becoming a frontrunner in sustainable aviation. While large-scale solutions for sustainable flying are not yet in place, many small steps and bold leaps can already be taken to advance this complex journey. Colette’s team is part of KLM’s Sustainability, Strategy and Transformation Office, and she reports directly to the Executive Committee.

In this interactive setting, we’ll apply a proven methodology for co-creating strategy that helps teams align, make better decisions, and stay focused. No abstract models, but a hands-on experience grounded in a real case. Our AI assistant CHIP will support both facilitators and participants by helping to structure the conversation without getting in the way.
