Harald is the founder of Essense, one of the leading CX management agencies in Europe, partnering with organisations to operationalise Journey management, service design, and customer-centric transformations. He has 25 years of experience in the fields of design across industries and is now a known thought leader for CX management. He is a firm believer in cross-functional collaboration from a holistic journey perspective to help organisations align and improve their performance.

Harald is also the host of the Promise podcast, focusing on inspiring brands on how to deliver on their promise with a great customer experience and lasting business impact.

In his current role, Harald is now a partner at Eidra, an international consultancy collective that Essense is now part of. Also, here he focuses on growing a cross-functional offering for supporting organisations from strategy to execution.
