Roger is Chief Experience Officer, and a senior leader in PwC UK’s Customer Led Transformation practice, where he heads up Experience & Marketing. With over 20 years of CX leadership experience, Roger’s built and led award winning insight, strategy, and experience teams around the world, and brought some of the most exciting customer experiences to market for some of the world’s most admired brands.
Prior to joining PwC, Roger spent time at the Omnicom-owned full-service digital agency Rapp Worldwide where he established and lead the group’s Customer Experience (CX) Strategy practice globally as a SVP/member of the UK’s Executive Board – working with clients such as Virgin Media, Takeda, and Mercedes Benz.
More recently, Roger lead Strategy & Innovation for Capco/Bold Rocket – a global consulting firm specializing in financial services – where he built and lead the New York-based Studio, launched North America’s first mobile mortgage experience – CIBC Hello Home – and helped bold clients such as RBS and NatWest reimagine their digital ecosystems.
A digital veteran, Roger spent nearly 10 years at the Omnicom-owned global experience design agency Critical Mass – where he redesigned the Citibank’s North American ATM network, re-launched Citi.com, and helped reimagine the future of loyalty for ThankYou.com.
