Amit Kiran

Amit Kiran is a Principal Journey Management Coach at TheyDo, helping organizations across the world do journey management well. He focuses on providing strategic coaching on implementing journey management as a practice and deriving new forms of value through TheyDo. He leans on over 13 years of human-centered design and service design experience, where he worked with the LUMA Institute, Bridgeable, and Pitney Bowes.

Amit lives in Toronto with his wife, 2 kids, and a little monster named Tigger. Outside of being a Dad and Coach, he spends his time drinking way too much coffee, chasing the dream of consistently working out, and mastering the fine skill of fantasy football.
