Catherine Collins

Catherine Collins is the founder of Ideas at Moxie, a social-impact design studio that helps organisations move from talking about their customers to genuinely hearing them and acting on it. Her work centres the people most affected by a problem across a variety of scales and settings: a $68M state homelessness funding system, co-designing and scaling a practice of customer centricity at organizations like Cardinal Health and ServiceNow, as well as co-designing job-placement programmes for newly arrived migrants in Sweden's tech sector. She has taught and facilitated at the Royal College of Art, the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and has scaled award-winning design programmes.
