Eric Boye is a customer experience, strategy, and service design leader whose career spans management consulting, digital strategy, product management, marketing, and enterprise transformation. As Interim Director of Customer Experience at Kimberly-Clark, he leads an integrated ecosystem spanning CX Strategy & Journey Management, Product Management, MCX Operations, and Program Management, helping the organization translate customer understanding into coordinated action and measurable business results.
Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Eric held roles in digital experience strategy at The Coca-Cola Company, product management at Amazon, and management consulting engagements with organizations including Lowe's, The Home Depot, Equifax, Coca-Cola, and Wells Fargo. He has also led teams and initiatives across North America and Asia-Pacific, giving him a unique perspective on balancing global strategy with regional execution.
Eric is passionate about helping organizations move beyond journey maps, customer insights, and isolated projects to build the systems, capabilities, and governance needed to deliver value at scale. His work focuses on what he calls "Strategy-to-Execution through Experience"—using experience as the bridge between enterprise strategy, frontline execution, and measurable business performance.
He holds an MBA from Georgia Tech and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
