Amanda is a Digital Business Developer at IDA, the Danish Society of Engineers, where she works at the intersection of business strategy, digital development and user experience.

She is part of the Digital Development, Architecture and Business Intelligence department, where she works in an agile product team focused on strengthening member acquisition and engagement.

With several years of experience in business development across multiple organisations, Amanda focuses on translating complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions that create measurable value for both users and the organisation.

At IDA, Amanda is working to improve key user journeys and ensure that digital initiatives are closely tied to business goals and measurable outcomes. Over the past year, she has further specialised in journey management, building on a growing interest in how journeys connect strategy and execution.

Amanda is particularly passionate about making journeys tangible and usable in practice to support stakeholder alignment and prioritisation. She believes journey management creates the most value when it is used to enable better decision-making across the organisation and help build stronger member experiences.
